Losing its sponsor a few years ago was one of the greatest blows the Cat Laughs festival suffered, but the popularity of the comedy festival ensured it pulled through. When the official line-up was announced, it turns out another sponsor was now on board.
Sky have now officially sponsored the Cat Laughs festival and are going to allow the fest to become a platform for a new exciting project. The first two episodes of the second series of Moone Boy will be premiered as part of the programme of the festival with the star of the show, Chris O’Dowd, and fellow cast members attending the event.
The rest of the line-up for the fest includes the wonderful Dylan Moran, Republic of Telly’s Dermot Whelan, Neil Delamere, Karl Spain and 30 Rock’s Judah Friedlander. The fest also includes a new kid’s programme.
