Only In Ireland – This Is What Happens Every Time the Sun Comes Out

This is why we can't have nice things.  A week late, the official Leaving Cert weather has arrived. Up and down the country, poor students are battling the scariest set of exams known to man in scratchy acrylic and wool uniforms that aren't exactly helping the sweat production issue. The rest of us are busy trying to find a legitimate excuse to leave work early, shed as much of our clothes as humanly possible and greatly increase the time spent in a beer garden or on a beach. While the old proverb goes "What is seldom is wonderful", it's also fair to say that what is seldom makes us lose the run of ourselves entirely.
