If you’re anything like me, putting makeup on while sitting on the bus is a daily ritual.
Setting my alarm, inevitably sleeping past the alarm, grabbing breakfast and sprinting down the road to the bus stop is a routine which seems all too familiar to me.
It’s rare that I’ve all the buttons on my shirt closed up by the time I get my seat on the bus, never mind having my hair perfectly coiffed and my face powdered and looking good.
Many times I’ll be shovelling the makeup on my shiny, red face when I’ll see other girls on the bus putting makeup on too, united in our bids to make ourselves presentable before a busy working day.
One woman who witnessed another applying makeup on public transport is Twitter user rosamundi.
Rosamundi recalled seeing a woman being scolded by a man for applying makeup on the train.
“Bloke has just told the woman he’s with not to put makeup on on the Tube.”
However, in a brilliant twist of events, all the other passengers on the train responded to the man – in the best way possible.
“Every other woman in the carriage is now fixing their makeup.”

Rosamundi even revealed the man’s exact rude words to the woman in question.
@JamesFenn90 "don't do that, it's vulgar," basically.

In a man’s world, us sisters need to stick by each other!
