We all know the latest health trend is juicing, and chances are your Facebook and Instagram accounts were inundated with images of juicers and blenders this Christmas.
When one juicing ‘expert’ was asked to take part in a regular food feature published in The Telegraph newspaper, her very honest and sparse diet was bound to cause a stir.
Kara Rosen, founder of juice company Plenish, revealed a rather limited diet for her piece in ‘My Day On A Plate’ which included some of her own juices, a handful or two of almond nuts and chia seeds and a green salad.
For heartier meals, she even included grilled fish. ‘Cause that’ll replace three meals in your day…
Needless to say, people online were a little shocked by the miniscule food the health food entrepreneur admitted to eating on a daily basis:
