One Dublin man has had seriously unfortunate luck while holidaying in Kerry

It could happen to any one of us...

When on holidays, we're all susceptible to doing silly things, whether it be drinking a little too much, eating lots of greasy food or partying too hard. Travelling around a place you don't know very well can be risky, with many of us losing track of where we are and going down paths perhaps we shouldn't. One poor man who got himself stuck in a bit of a rut was on holiday down in Dunquin, Co. Kerry. Posted to the Blasket Island Ferries Facebook page, someone kindly explained what happened to this one unfortunate driver.

"This genius decided to drive down to the pier in Dunquin which is a pedestrian only walkway! He wedged the jeep at the corner which means no one can access the pier this morning. Apologies for any inconvenience caused.? he's been in the jeep all night! A dub!"

The post also included a photo, which showed the sticky predicament the driver is currently in. YIKES. People were quick to giggle at the poor driver's situation on the walkway, which blocked all pedestrian's way down to the pier.
