For anyone who loves to kick off their weekend with a cheeky gin & tonic, this could be the best news you’ll get this Friday. Forget waiting until cocktail hour… now you can have your favourite drink served as an ice-cream dessert.

Food mash-ups have brought us some pretty unique offerings, but this is one we’re more than happy to put to the taste test.

The foodie dream is the brainchild of Sipsmith gin and ice-cream makers Jude’s, which will go on sale in London’s Selfridges from May 20^th.

Want a taste but not London bound? Well the ice-cream pots of glory will be going on sale online at Ocado from June 1^st.

Yes, definitely time for a happy dance!
