A special tribute.
Today marks the first anniversary of the terrorist attacks in Paris in which 130 people died.
Various events took place today to commemorate the lives lost in the incident. One of which was a balloon release which hundreds of people attended.
The hundreds of bright balloons floating into the sky was a moving tribute to the bright lives lost.
The tribute was arranged by Life of Paris, a charity which was set up after the attacks to help care for those affected.

On Saturday the Bataclan which was one of the places attacks took place, re-opened with a performance by Sting. The concert was attended by survivors of the attacks and family members of those who lost their lives. A two minute silence was held.
