But you might be surprised at the busiest spot of all for Christmas shopping in Dublin.
A survey conducted by Q-Park and brought to our attention by our bros at JOE.ie, has found that Northside shopping haven Henry St. is the place to shop this year, with 40 per cent of respondents saying this is their go-to destination.
Thirty-four per cent of those surveyed said they prefer Grafton St for their present-buying, while a whopping 60 per cent said they prefer shopping in the city centre than in suburban shopping centres.
This is due to the variety of shops in town according to 33 per cent of shoppers, with 24 per cent of respondents affirming a trip to the city centre in December is a Christmas tradition.
Just make sure you wear extra padding if you're heading into town. Christmas shoppers are mean.Life
