More Away Than Home: Duo Are Leaving Aussie Soap?!

Home and Away seem to have more people going away than staying at home as it has been revealed that Rhiannon Fish and Charles Cottier are waving goodbye to the popular soap.

According to reports the news about the pair, who play April Scott and Dexter Walker, was leaked by Teri Haddy whose character Rosie Prichard is also leaving soon.

Rhiannon and Charles are said to be leaving the Bay. 

During a recent interview with TV Week the actress said: “I think because they have both been on the show for so long, they wanted to start a brand new chapter.

She added: "I want it to be a really positive ending for April and Dex, an open-ended one.”

Teri let the cat out of the bag during an interview about her own departure.

Teri’s final scenes are due to be shown in Australia next week but it might not be the last time we see her character. “The way Rosie leaves the Bay is really positive, and yes, it will leave the door open for her to come back later on,” she explained.

As yet neither Rhiannon nor Charles, who both joined the soap in 2010, has confirmed that they are leaving Home and Away.
