We have all been there, Leaving Cert results day can be a very daunting time.
Between receiving your points and trying to plan what you are going to do with the rest of your life, it can all seem very overwhelming. But the truth is (and the part the teachers don't tell you) the Leaving Cert is not the "be all and end all". Everyone takes different paths to success in life and sometimes the very thing you thought you didn't want turns out to be exactly what you needed and you will appreciate it in the long run. I know first hand, and I am so grateful thinking back that things didn't work out in my favour on results day because I might not be where I am right now.

"None of us are immune to the pressure put on us by family, society or ourselves even but one thing I know for sure is that success comes from pursuing a career you're passionate about. When you're 35 you'll still have another 35 working years ahead of you! You have time to explore, time to make mistakes, time to start over, time to travel, time to learn and time to be a success, whatever that means to you!"
