This man photobombed his future wife – 11 years before they met

It’s amazing what you’ll find when looking through old pictures, and this couple were shocked when they realised something incredible about their relationship. Mr Ye and Ms Xue met and fell in love in 2011 in Chengdu in China, or at least that’s what they thought. When looking through old pictures, the pair realised something shocking – they had met years before that. The couple actually crossed paths back in 2000 when they both were visiting the May Fourth Square in Qingdao. Yes, when looking at some pictures of themselves, Ms Xue noticed that her husband was actually stood in the background of one of her pictures.

What’s even more bizarre is that Mr Ye wasn’t even meant to be there. He took his mother’s place with a tour group when she fell ill. "When I saw the photo, I was taken by surprise and I got goosebumps all over my body... that was my pose for taking photos,” Mr Ye told Sina News. “I also took a photo, it was the same posture (as captured in Ms Xue's photo), just from a different angle." The couple’s story has since gone viral online and many are now taking this as their cue to believe in love again.
