Reddit user mfiasco was tired of getting his car stolen. Instead of becoming bitter, angry or accepting the loss, he decided he was going to tackle the issue head on… by writing a friendly letter to the thieves. The letter was written, stashed in his glove compartment and mfiasco hoped if his car was stolen again, it would be read. And it seems nice guys don’t always have to finish last. Posting the story to Reddit, mfiasco explained that not only was his car stolen, the car was later returned. The note had also been read. So while it might not work in every situation, you might just luck out and find a burglar with a bizarre form of conscience. It’s a (sort of) happy ending.
