3. 50 Ways to Kill Your Mammy, Sky One, 9pm.

We’ve been waiting for a while for this one! Irish daredevil presenter Baz Ashmawy and his 71-year-old mother Nancy embark on the trip of a lifetime and attempt to complete every item on an extreme bucket list he has created for her. Their first stop in Las Vegas sees Nancy challenged to drive a classic muscle car. This should be hilarious.

4. Al Murray’s Great British War Movies, BBC Four, 8pm.

The great thing about Al Murray presenting this programme is that not only is he a massive fan of war films in general since he was a kid but he also has a degree in History. This will certainly be one to watch.

5. Skin in the Game, RTÉ Two, 9.20pm.

Jacqui Hurley follows hurlers Lar Corbett and Mikey Carton, Gaelic footballer Eoin Cadogan and camogie player Anna Geary, as they reveal the physical and mental dedication required to become a GAA star. Definitely one for the GAA heads.
