Macy’s Replied In Brilliant Fashion To A Comment On Facebook And Fans Lost Their Sh*t

A collective laugh at this marketing wizardry.  We’ve been known to while away a few hours (or ten) on the Humans of New York Facebook page. Scrolling through hundreds of pictures, and thousands upon thousands of comments, it’s easy to lose a lot of time on the popular page, and it looks like it’s not just us who keep tabs on it. A picture uploaded last week shows a couple posing together for the photographer with the caption, “He just got grumpy at Macy’s so we had to leave”, along with a reply, “There’s way too many types of pajamas [sic].” While the post itself got a lot of giggles, the true hero of the hour was the keyboard genius behind Macy’s Facebook page who responded to the post in style, much to the delight of thousands of people.
