Basically, the Pawternity Package gives employees who wish for a new furry friend, the flexibility to make it happen. For one week, employees get to spend it working from home so they can be with their new pet to help them settle in. WHAT an incredible idea.
The first week in a new home can be difficult and quite stressful for pets as they try to get accustomed to their new surroundings, therefore this package is perfect to help an owner make this transition as easy as possible for their new four-legged friend.
Speaking about the package, Airsorted’s Dublin City Manager, Rachael Moore said:
“Our Pawternity Package ensures that employees are given the flexibility and support to take on a kitten or puppy should they wish. We’re particularly passionate about this initiative because our employees make ideal pet-owners and we love that about them. They are patient, reliable and natural problem-solvers."
Airsorted, based in Dublin is a hosting management platform and since it was established in 2015, it has become the leading hosting-management platform across the world, with hosts using the service across accommodation booking platforms like Airbnb, Booking.com, Expedia and HomeAway. Airsorted want hosts to be able to earn from their properties in a stress-free and easy environment. To date, Airsorted has organised and managed over €28.5 million in bookings.
Well we have to admit, their Pawternity Package sounds like a winner to us. Quite a common perk in many companies in the US and Australia, we need more of it here. What an incredible incentive to give you time with your fur babies.Life

I’m a 35-year-old in HR, earning €26k, and this was my biggest financial mistake Let’s be honest, most of us are at least a little bit nosy when it comes to money. We want to know what other people are earning, how they’re actually getting by, and what their spending really looks like (not the […]
