You’ll need to organise a lift if you were planning on getting the Dart or the train to work tomorrow, as it has been confirmed that strike action will go ahead.
Iarnrod Eireann took to Twitter this evening to announce that all trains scheduled to run between 6am and 9am tomorrow (Fri 6th November) are cancelled.
Fri 6th Nov: all trains starting btwn 6am & 9am cancelled. Minor disruption after 9am. Full info https://t.co/L0nd09TkJv (2/2) Talks ongoing

All Dart and Irish Rail trains will be affected by the stoppage, which is due to strike action from Siptu and NBRU workers, despite ongoing Workplace Relations Commission talks aimed at averting a strike by drivers, according to the Irish Times.
Intercity services will resume at 9am, with the exception of the following services, which will not operate:
09.05 Tralee-Mallow
09.47 Limerick Junction-Waterford
10.05 Ballybrophy-Limerick
10.35 Belfast-Connolly
Spokesman Barry Kenny warned that while services will be back in action after 9am, there may still be disruption after this time.
This is bound to have a knock on effect on traffic, so we’d advise leaving that little bit early with so many extra people on the road.
