OK, so this is great.
When Aldi announced that they were releasing a hot tub, it’s safe to say that everyone went pretty wild.
Although it might seem a little premature to start planning your hot tub time, it is practically April and the rumour is the weather will finally pick up towards the middle of the month.
But now, Lidl, the rival of Aldi, is releasing its own hot tub… and it’s cheaper.
Every now and then we all deserve a bit of luxury. #TreatYoSelf
With the MSpa® 700L Whirlpool Hot Tub you can have just that with room for up to 4 adults, 360° all-round bubbles and the ability to travel through space and time! ?In stores Thursday 5th April for €349.99! pic.twitter.com/5AwS4gB7VZ— Lidl Ireland (@lidl_ireland) March 28, 2018
The hot tub, which is suitable for indoor or outdoor use, can fit up to four adults and features 120 powerful air jets and a 2200W heater.
Just think… a sunny day, a few bottles of prosecco and a hot tub. It really can’t get any better.
Aldi: €399.99 for a hot tub
Lidl: €397.93 for a hot tub AND 6 bottles of Prosecco #nobrainer ?????? https://t.co/RvD5GqPDJA— Lidl Ireland (@lidl_ireland) March 28, 2018
€50 cheaper? We like the sound of that.
We think it’s a bit cheeky that both of them are releasing a hot tub at the same time, but the demand for the bubbling device is huge, so it’ll no doubt sell out in both stores.
The Lidl hot tub will arrive in stores on April 5.
