It’s the weekend! And it’s SUNNY… Imagine that.

The perfect excuse to kick back with a cocktail and chill before the madness begins.

Whether it’s the low-calorie, the budget-busting, the luxurious, the one with a kick (!) or the teetotaler option you’re looking for, we have you sorted.

The Low-Calorie One…

If you’re watching your waistline but can never say no to a slice of summer, this is the cocktail for you. Low in calories and still tasty to boot, check out this Skinny Pina Colada.

Ingredients:

2 oz Barcardi Rock Coconut Rum
5 oz coconut water
2 oz pineapple juice

Combine ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake and strain into a glass filled with ice. Garnish with a slice of pineapple.

The Budget-Busting One…

Not all our back pockets are bursting with “dolla” to spend on cocktails, but that doesn’t mean you can’t kick back over a sunshine-filled weekend and enjoy yourself.

The Cape Codder is one of the popular highballs that are simply a shot of liquor over ice and topped with a mixer, but the kick is refreshing to say the least.

Ingredients:

3 oz cranberry juice
2 oz vodka

Pour the ingredients into a glass with ice cubes. Stir well. Squeeze the lime juice into the drink and drop the lime wedge into the glass. Yum.

The Luxurious One…

You’re determined to treat yourself and there’s no problem with that. Relax over the weekend with this top-shot quality cocktail, the Campari Flamingo, and enjoy the high-life…

Ingredients

3/4 ounce freshly squeezed juice from 1 to 2 limes
1 1/2 ounce rum
1/2 ounce Campari
3 ounces pink grapefruit juice

Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add lime juice, rum, and Campari. Shake well. Strain into ice-filled glass. Add grapefruit soda, stir gently and serve.

The “It’s The Weekend!” One…

It’s the weekend, you’ve clocked off work/exams and you DESERVE to chill with a cocktail that’s guaranteed to have you more relaxed than if you were chilling in the Med.

Enjoy this Long Island Iced Tea…

Ingredients

1/2 oz triple sec
1/2 oz light rum
1/2 oz gin
1/2 oz vodka
1/2 oz tequila
1 oz sour mix
Coca-Cola

The Teetotaler One…

It might be an alcohol-free weekend for you, but the cocktails can still make an appearance. Relax with this fruity number, the classic sangria…
