Eleven Tamworth piglets are the latest arrivals at Dublin Zoo’s Family Farm.
The Zoo announced the news today, welcoming 11 new residents to the farm, which is jointly run with Agri Aware.
The piglets, who were born on 8th August, are "in great health" and feeding from their mother at present.
Tamworths are a domestic breed of pig originating from an area of the same name in the UK. The breed is listed as "threatened" in the US and is considered a "vulnerable" breed in the UK, as ranked by the Rare Breeds Survival Trust.
