It has been revealed that JK Rowling is going to publish a new Harry Potter story on October 31st.
According to reports, the author is going to upload the original tale (which will be under 2,000 words) on to her fan website, Pottermore.com, at the end of the month.
It will focus on the back story of Hogwarts professor Dolores Umbridge who later became the Senior Undersecretary for the Minister for Magic and made Harry’s life miserable.
A statement read: “Umbridge is not only one of the most malicious Potter characters, she is the only person other than Lord Voldemort to leave a permanent physical scar.”
Last July, Rowling posted a story which saw Harry reunite with his old friends at the final of the Quidditch World Cup.
