Keeping Up With The Kardashians just found a new male star… and no, it isn’t Kanye West.
It has been confirmed that Brody Jenner will join his dad Bruce on the reality TV show’s eight season.
The twenty-nine year old found fame in MTV show The Hills, but his next venture Bromance (where grown men competed to become part of his ‘entourage’), was not quite so successful.
Brody has previously made cameo appearances on the show, but is expected to feature far more heavily in the coming season, set to premiere in the US this June.
Brody will join season eight of the reality TV show
The show, for those who have managed to escape it so far, follows sisters Kim, Kourtney and Khloé Kardashian, their mother Kris and her husband Bruce Jenner, and Kris and Bruce’s daughters Kendall and Kylie.
Kim is widely rumoured to be keen on stepping back from the collective family limelight to concentrate on her ‘brand’, and her relationship with singer Kanye West, with whom she is expecting a baby.
Additions to the show’s cast could be a move to secure the show’s future with less of star player Kim.
Brody said on Monday he was looking forward to ‘getting to know’ his extended family a little better.
