Fitness blogger Emma Murphy posted an incredibly brave video on Facebook this week, speaking out about her experience of domestic violence.
The 26-year-old from Dublin, who has two children with her ex-partner, explained how she wants to raise awareness about this growing issue.
During the video, Emma talks about her three-and-a-half-year relationship with an abusive partner.
She explains: “We’ve had ups and downs… I cherish the ups, I won’t miss the downs.”
