It’s the time of year to be surrounded by those you love, give thanks for what you have, and, eh, stuff your face for two full weeks.
However, even as we sit polishing off yet another tin of Roses, we’re not sure we could bring ourselves to ruin this creation by tucking in.
Katie Bergin in Abbeyleix sent us in a series of pictures of the fab two-story gingerbread house that she and her brother Tim have been hard at work on over the last 12 hours. Fantastic.
