One of Ireland’s favourite food chains Eddie Rockets is about to rock up at a petrol station near you according to an announcement made this week. Topaz has revealed this week that Rocket’s by Eddie Rocket’s will come to 40 of their forecourts nationwide in the coming years. The news came at the launch of Rocket’s in Cork, with outlets in Dublin Port and Co. Wicklow to be opened before the end of 2015. Speaking this week, owner of Eddie Rocket’s Niall Fortune stated: “We are delighted to be able to bring our food to customers all around Ireland with Topaz. “As Ireland’s largest convenience and fuel retailer, Topaz is the perfect fit for us to bring our food offering to consumers throughout the country.”
