The lucky group, who bought their ticket down in Spar in Ballingarry, Co. Limerick (run by none other than Limerick hurling captain Donal O’Grady) will now be splitting the proceeds between 10 of them and we’re ridiculously jealous.
According to Radio Kerry, the winners didn’t realize their luck had come in after Saturday night’s draw until Monday of this week when the ticket holder looked at the winning ticket with the others.
Between that and Ireland qualifying for Euro 2016 later that evening, we doubt they’ll ever dread a Monday again.
