Hotel Threatens Guests With Fines For ‘Logging’ (Pooing) In The Pool

Her

A hotel was forced to send out a letter to a group of British guests staying at their warning fines of £1,400 for anyone caught ‘logging’ (pooing) in the swimming pools while on holiday.

According to the Egyptian Red Sea Holiday Village hotel, the new craze of leaving a dirty present in the pool has become notorious amongst ‘boozed up Brits aboard) and the hotel have sent a letter out through First Choice warning holidaymakers they are being extra-vigilant.

The letter claims they have noticed a substantial rise in ‘logging’ incidents recently, and owners claim participants are deliberately pooing in their crowded pools before ‘watching the carnage unfold around them’.

‘We understand that accidents can happen, but the frequency of this suggests that it no longer remains accidental’.

The letter also asks holiday-goers to remain ‘vigilant’ against the behaviour, asking them to report any such incidents to a member of hotel security.

Speaking to Metro.co.uk, travel law expert Nick Harris, of Simpson Millar solicitors, said:

“This is a very worrying trend and the craze has really taken off in the last few years. We have dealt with hundreds of cases where people have been left seriously ill.

‘Some idiots think it is humorous to deliberately poo in a crowded pool and then sit back and watch the carnage unfold as people try to escape the pool
like a panic scene from the film Jaws.’
