A Texas man has been once again arrested for having sex with a mare for the second time in three months.
Cirilo Castillo, 43, is to face charges of trespassing and cruelty to animals after he was caught on camera violating the mare. He has prior arrests for theft and marijuana possession.
“We have a hell of a surveillance tape,” said Hidalgo County Sheriff Lupe Trevino.
“It is not going to go to, ‘America’s Funniest Videos,’ that is for sure.”

“Maybe we can get him some help, whatever we can do, we are going to try and do,” said Trevino.
Talk about a total mare…
