Here’s the top Irish University and Institute of Technology for this year

Spotted on JOE.ie, University College Cork has been named as the Sunday Times Irish university of 2016 while Dublin Institute of Technology is the Sunday Times Institute of Technology of the Year.

The results are compiled by the paper with the full list published in a 16-page supplement that comes with tomorrow's edition of The Sunday Times. Interestingly, this is the second year in a row for UCC to win the title which means this is the first time a college has retained its place for two years running. Trinity College Dublin was the second university on the list while Athlone Institute of Technology came runner-up to DIT.
