Heists, Homeland and Harry Potter: The Best of Tonight’s TV

Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire – UTV (7.30pm) In the fourth instalment of the franchise, Harry (Daniel Radcliffe) ends up partaking in a prestigious yet perilous wizarding competition. The Great British Bake Off Christmas Special – BBC Two (8.00pm) Mary Berry and Paul Hollywood prepare a number of Christmas treats in this special including a gingerbread house and a Scottish fruitcake. Homeland – RTÉ Two (9.00pm) In the series finale Carrie and Brody seek refuge while Saul plans a rescue mission. Drama with Claire Danes and Damian Lewis. Snatch – TV3 (9.00pm) Jason Statham and Brad Pitt star in this gritty comedy drama about a fixed boxing match and a diamond heist gone wrong. Directed by Guy Ritchie. Betrayal – RTÉ Two (10.00pm) Sara and Drew are finding it hard to adjust to their new routine while TJ reminisces about the past and Jack feels detached.
