The three finalists have to prepare a three-course menu for a panel of Michelin-star chefs but they will have to prove that their food is good enough to be served. If not, they will have to work with Michel Roux’s menu.

On this week’s episode of the comedy Nick gets ready for a visit from his college crush while Jess lands a job at a haunted house and decides to tell Sam that she wants to be more than friends.
Sleepy Hollow – ITV2 (9.00pm)
Johnny Depp and Christina Ricci star in this gothic horror about a sceptical detective who is sent to investigate a series of murders. While the villagers claim the villain is a headless horseman, the detective believes otherwise but which one will turn out to be right?
Homeland – RTÉ Two (9.00pm)
Tonight Carrie continues to search for Nazir, Saul finds himself fighting for his career and the Brodys are struggling. Political thriller with Claire Danes and Damian Lewis.
Ramsay’s Kitchen Nightmares USA – Channel 4 (10.00pm)
Gordon heads to Atlanta to sort out a restaurant which is being ruined by bad cooking and poor management. But that’s not the only issue that the chef has to tackle. It is also a family business which complicates matters.
