Hard To Swallow: Introducing The Semen Cocktail…

Forgive the pun, but we have a feeling that this news might be a little hard to swallow. A cooking enthusiast has released a new book all about making cocktails. Only these cocktails come with a twist – they’re all made out of semen.

Slate.com reports that Paul “Fotie” Photenhauer, an avid semen-cooking enthusiast, has followed up his first release Natural Harvest: A Collection of Semen-Based Recipes with a book entitled Semenology: The Semen Bartender’s Handbook.

In the book, Photenhauer shows readers how to make eh, classic, cocktails such as the Watermelon Gin Jizz, the Slightly Saltier Cavier and the Mexican Cumslide. Lovely.

According to Mr Photenhauer, the recipes can enchance the levels of intimacy during a sexual encounter. Forgive us if we find this slightly hard to believe.

We all know that semen does have some health benefits. Research has proven that the odd shot of sperm can increase your energy, improve your quality of sleep and actually protect your teeth from cavities, but despite all that we think we’ll pass.

Strangely enough semen isn’t the only bodily fluid that’s having a bit of a ‘moment’ in the food world lately.

According to the Huffington Post, breast milk cocktails are gaining popularity in the States.  Back in 2010, the website interviewed Tony Sachs, a writer who had created a series of cocktails mixed with his wife’s breast milk in order to get rid of the surplus she was producing.

Tony’s book contained recipes for drinks like The Boob Abides, Taking Brand from a Baby Milk Punch and Medela Tequila Punch.

Hmm… we think we’ll be sticking to our regular cocktails thanks!
