Hair Nightmare? Upset Customer Takes to Facebook to Name and Shame Salon

An upset customer has broken her silence and named and shamed a well-known chain of hair salons in Ireland on Facebook...

When it comes to getting your hair done, the majority of Irish women have a trusted hairdresser. In fact, most of us prefer to go to back time and again our favourite salon rather than trusting a different person with our locks.

But unfortunately, sometimes haircuts go bad. And sometimes, for whatever reason, we don’t complain even when we know we should.

This lady was so unhappy a haircut that she received back in 2010, that she decided to go on Facebook, break her silence and make sure that the hairdressers in question knew how miserable she was for once and for all.

Here is her story in her own words:

Since posting the above, Ms Dolce has received a ton of support from hairdressers who have responded to and ‘liked’ her post.

We have to ask ladies, have you ever received a particularly terrible haircut and, more importantly, did you complain?

*UPDATE* This afternoon,  a Peter Mark representative posted this comment on their Facebook page…

“We acknowledge that a complaint was made yesterday afternoon. Regarding a client visit from two years ago, we would like to assure you that we are working with the person making this complaint to investigate this in the proper channels fairly and quickly. All feedback from our valued clients is welcome and is taken extremely seriously.”
