The Audrey Hepburn advertisement for Galaxy chocolate has caused much controversy among her still numerous fans, of which we can be counted. This got us thinking about other famous advertising campaigns.
It turns out that the current trend for selling out to a brand name isn't a new phenomomenon. Stars like Julia Roberts and Natalie Portman are amongst the many actresses who have lent their name to a brand but old school Hollywood actresses weren't actually that different... Mae West used to advertise fridges... That is all.
