Follow These Seven Rules For A Great Day At The Races

And they're off.

Her

Here at Her Towers, there’s nothing more we like than a day at the races. From the style and the suits, to the betting and the horses, it’s always a seriously good day out.

Here are our seven important rules to abide by during a day at the races.

1. Get the selfies in…

At the start of the day. Your hair and makeup will be looking its best and the whole gang will still be together.

2. Accept that you’re going to spend…

Half the day looking for your friends. It’s standard practice at the races.

3. Slow and steady…

Wins the race. You might enjoy a champagne breakfast with your buddies, but don’t forget to follow it up with a few good glasses of H20 throughout the day.

4. Don’t be a hero…

Bring a pair of flats to change into towards the end of the afternoon. It’s never worth destroying your feet, even for the most major fashion moment.

5. Chat to one of the lads standing at the fence…

To get some insider tips. They’re hands down the most knowledgeable men on the course.

6. Roar your head off as they come down the line…

Even if you’ve no idea what’s going on.

7. You have to back at least one horse…

Just because its name made you laugh.
