The flexibility of this 8-month pregnant woman will put you to absolute SHAME

Considering January is the month after Christmas, we're all likely to be a bit more pudgy and less inclined to exercise all that excess belly fat off... At least that's the excuse I keep giving myself. While it can be difficult to go for a jog and trying stretch those knotted muscles after so long without excercise, even a stretch or two can be a big ask for many of us. One woman who puts many of us to shame in regards to our stretching skills and flexibility is the 8 MONTHS PREGNANT Andria Jones-Bradley. A gymnastics coach at Liberty Acrobatic Gymnastics in Co.Waterford, Andria has been doing acrobatics and gymnastics since the age of 4! Andria's friend Vicki Jones-Mordaunt got in touch with us to show us an incredible clip of Andria doing a number of awe-inspiring stretches... while having an 8 month bump at the centre of her body! It seems like the flexibility in Andria's body is genetic, as Andria's sister Danielle was captured doing the splits just two weeks after giving birth to her daughter Shae! Can you believe the strength and flexibility of these two women? Two truly incredible mamas indeed!
