Liquid Pizza… Which aims to increase energy levels, reduce stress and help prevent against muscle spasms and cramps.
Ingredients
17g Basil (dried)
290g (½ Head) of Cauliflower
1 Cucumber
25g (1 Large) Scallion
300g Cherry Tomatoes
Optional – Add a dash of garlic salt for added flavour
Method:
- Chop the ingredients into chunks, leaving the skin on. Put into blender or juicer.
- Add the basil, tearing it up in your hand and breaking down any stalks.
- Turn on blender and blitz. Add water if consistency is too thick for your taste.
- Leave to sit for 1 hour before serving.
