Ireland's most Stylish Woman Kathryn Thomas joins the judging panel for the ‘Best Dressed Lady Competition’ sponsored by Anthony Ryan's of Galway on Thursday, 1st August 2013. She will join fellow judges Bairbre Power and P.J. Gibbons in selecting a winner from the créme de la créme of the fashion elite attending the busiest day of the Galway Summer Racing Festival.  This year’s prize boasts a fund of €20,000, with the Best Dressed Lady set to scoop a prize worth €12,000!
