This father decided to put together a collection of clips taken over the course of three months worth of Saturday mornings spent with his daughter and the result is lots of dancing and cheesy pop music.
While he is trying to enjoy his coffee, his little girl is jumping around, playing with her toys and listening to One Direction very loudly (as little girls do).
We don’t know what’s better: his facial expressions or her never-ending energy levels. Either way, we’re sure there are a few mums and dads out there who can relate.
(Just for the record, we’re also sure deep down he loves these moments.)
