Explaining her decision to open up her home to a stranger, Ceri told Metro UK:
“I was in tears when I saw the ad on the telly and it really made me think.
“I would love to give a lonely soul some company on Christmas Day with a traditional dinner and all the trimmings.”
The only requirements Ceri has is that the guest be over 65 years old, in the Cardiff area and obviously be available on December 25th.
It’s not just a one day deal either, the big-hearted mum said:
“We would like to get to know them and be a part of our family.
“Hopefully they will enjoy things that seem normal to us on Christmas Day that they might not get at home.”Life
