Despicable Me, Denzel Washington and a Debt: The Best of Tonight’s TV

We’ve got three films, a singing competition and quiz show for you to enjoy tonight.

Despicable Me – UTV (6.40pm)

In this animated comedy a criminal mastermind (Steve Carell) wants to become the greatest villain of all time but when he adopts three orphans, his priorities start to change.

 

The Voice UK – BBC One (7.00pm)

Holly Willoughby and Reggie Yates present the live semi-final of the singing competition during which the remaining acts take to the stage to impress the public.

 

The Million Pound Drop – Channel 4 (8.00pm)

More contestants are facing the drop tonight but will anybody make it to the eighth question where it’s all or nothing.

 

Inside Man – RTÉ One (9.30pm)

In Spike Lee’s thriller a negotiator is called in when a robbery turns into a siege. Starring Denzel Washington and Clive Owen.

 

Lock, Stock and Two Smoking Barrels – UTV (11.05pm)

Four friends who run up a huge gambling debt to a crime lord come up with a risky plan to pay him back. With Jason Statham and Vinnie Jones.
