Remember Crispian? The little hedgehog who shot to fame last month after the story of his epic escape from a bag of crisps gained worldwide media attention? Well, he’s back and now the little guy has started a blog. Yes, really.
Fans of the crisp-obsessed creature can now follow his adventures at the Prickles Hedgehog Rescue Centre in Somerset, England as the hedgehog ‘types’ up his blog posts.
Crispian sent out his first post earlier this week, and he’s already after developing a serious following.
“Please bear with me whilst I learn how to type… I’m only a little hedgehog and my prickly spines get in the way of the keyboard,” he typed (d’aww!).
All for a bag of Tayto: Crispian, having a rest directly after his crisp-packet ordeal
Speaking for the first time about his crisp-packet ordeal, he wrote: “it was a funny old thing, that crisp packet… it looked and smelt so inviting but it wasn’t very big and it definitely wasn’t very warm.”
“My Mummy had taught me to make sure I found somewhere safe and warm to cosy up in before my big sleep,” he added.
It took six people to rescue little Crispian who was trapped in a crisp packet behind some metal railings back in October, but thankfully he has since made a full recovery.
“He’s thriving now and will be here all winter as he’s so tiny,” said Jules Bishop, the founder of the Prickles Hedgehog Rescue Centre.
