Confessions of a Coppers Customer… Careful Who You Hit On!

A loving post searching for a dream woman found and lost in the same night in Dublin hotspot Coppers suggests that the amorous clientele are getting more than they bargained for.

“We found love in a hopeless place…”

Nights out in Copper Face Jacks are the stuff of legend, and until you’ve been there you will never truly understand. But even if you’re a regular to the Dublin haunt beloved by nurses and the Gardaí, you never really know what to expect…

Copper Face Jacks: The setting for last night’s budding romance

This evening, one post on the hugely popular Confessions of a Uni Student Facebook page suggested that some students from University College Dublin had indeed found love across a crowded dance floor, with a fine looking woman who boasted an impressive handle on videogame Call of Duty.

The Facebook page, which has over 180,000 fans, allows students from any university to send private messages of confession, which are then posted on the wall by admins, the only identifying feature being the college the claim to hail from.

Earlier today, #BoysInLove put the call out for fans to spread the word about the ‘solid 7 1/2 or 8 out of 10’ they met at the bar on the first floor of the venue a few weeks ago. The lady in question was described as ‘great crack’, and they seemed to fancy their chances, saying ‘All of us were single and we are all decent looking lads, we probably looked even better to her as she was verging on drunk.’ Charming. Read the message in full in the main image above.

In typical Coppers banter style though, no sooner had the post gone up than a second one from UCD appeared. Read and weep, and not just for the woeful spelling.

Awkward.

Once again, hats off to Coppers for providing the laughs, we still haven’t forgotten crazy Coppers stalker. One thing’s for sure – it still looks like a better Dublin night out than this one.
