Friday night – sing when you’re winning 

Singing makes you feel good, even when you’re woeful at it. In fact, we find that the worse you are at karaoke, the more fun you have! Grab some friends and head a long to a karaoke bar this Friday night, or pick up a few bottles on the way home and take on SingStar on the games console, where noone you don’t know can hear you belting out some Whitney!

 

Saturday morning – On your bike

Take advantage of the brighter, warmer days and get some fresh air in your lungs with a fun activity to start your Saturday. If you don't have your own bike don’t worry, plenty of the nicest tourist spots around the country have places where you can rent one for a few hours. And don’t stress if it’s been years either, once you’ve learned how you never forget! Then treat yourself to a delicious lunch out – you’ve worked it off before you even indulge…

 

Sunday afternoon – Bake up a storm 

No one likes Mondays. Except maybe Beyonce, we imagine every day is amazing if you’re Beyonce… But for everyone else, it’s back to the hard slog. So why not prep a little treat that will made the toughest day of the week a little brighter for everyone around you. Something as simple as a batch of cookies will do the trick, whether they’re headed for your children’s lunchboxes or 11.00am tea break in the office, you’ll put a smile on multiple faces and feel like a domestic goddess to boot!
