Christmas FM is holding a song contest and literally anyone can enter

This week, Christmas FM was officially back on the airwaves - and thank God because there was only so much longer we could go without Mariah's iconic All I Want For Christmas playing on a loop for 12 hours a day. And with the return of everybody's favourite festive radio station came a Christmas song competition that anybody can enter. And you should. You definitely should. The rules of Christmas FM's song contest are simple. Write yourself a Christmas song - easy. Record yourself singing that song - grand. (Or, alternatively, just record yourself singing a pre-existing Christmas song, which is even easier.) Then, fill in your details on Christmas FM's website by December 5 and wait to see whether your song has been crowned Christmas FM song of the year. See, simple. If you do emerge victorious, you'll have your song played on the radio for all to hear and (hopefully) love. In the meantime too you'll be raising lots of money for this year's Christmas FM's charity, Sightsavers. So what are you waiting for? Get that autotune machine out, lads.
