If your food tastes could best be described as ‘adventurous’, then you may wish to pay a visit to Lidl this week.
The German supermarket chain is famous for its twice weekly ‘special buys’, whether you’re in the market for a power hose, some scuba gear or a knitting-for-beginners kit.
From today, the supermarket is catering for those home chefs keen for an alternative to the usual staple Irish dinners with a variety of exotic meats, including kangaroo steaks, wild boar leg roast, ostrich steaks and hare fillets.
The wild range is available at Lidl Ireland from Monday 27th October while stocks last.
