Brown Thomas has launched a new Afternoon Tea and it sounds divine

We're all about afternoon tea right now, with lots of new ones popping up in different cafés and restaurants.

This latest one from Brown Thomas sounds divine. They have just launched their Afternoon Tea in collaboration with Wedgwood. Offering tastings of Wedgwood's new Speciality Tea Collection from their new china collection. From now until June 14th, you'll be able to book in for the Wedgwood Afternoon Tea experience in The Restaurant by Johnnie Cooke on level 3 at the Grafton Street store. The menu sounds delicious. All included for €30 you'll be able to choose between the savoury treats such as gin & tonic cured salmon crostini, coronation chicken on Irish brown soda bread and organic baked ham served on Waterford blaa. Then follow it with sweet treats including Earl Grey tea infused fruit scones, scented macaroons, apricot fruit tarts with lavender, crème patisserie and Crème Brûlée. You will also be able to choose from the six new Speciality Tea - Rococo Flowers, Crimson Jewel, Oriental Jewel, Camellia, Yellow Tonquin and Blue Pagoda. We don't know about you but they had us at gin & tonic crostini!
