Following the royal wedding in May, royal-inspired baby names are predicted to be big in 2019, according to naming website BabyCentre. Prince Harry and Meghan Markle, who are expecting their own little bundle in the spring, are set to be a serious source of inspiration to other new mums and dads after their big day was the most-talked about event of the year. 'Meghan' has seen an increase of 49 per cent this year in searches this year and is only set to get more popular, the BabyCentre experts reckon. Little Prince Louis is also making his mark - the popularity of searches of his name has risen by 17 per cent since he was born. 'Eugenie' is also expected to be a popular pick for parents in 2019. Celebrities in general appear to be having a big influence on baby naming trends. Chrissy Teigen and John Legend are two of our favourite famous parents. Their choice of names for their little ones, Miles and Luna, have seen a rise in popularity this year and are expected to be big again in 2019.
