“It’s been a long journey.”
There were big celebrations in one household in Co. Kildare this week as Christmas came early for Teresa Dooley and her family.
Speaking to Her.ie about the special day, Teresa explained how they revealed to their six-year-old son Jake this week that he is about to become a big brother.
Jake can’t believe the news.
His emotional response has left us in tears here, and even more so after Teresa explained why it’s been such a very special week for them all.
“It’s been a long journey to get to that place this morning,” she said.
“Jake is so unbelievably happy to be a big brother after such a long wait and a lot of heartache on the way.
“We honestly feel so unbelievably blessed.”
Little Jake is caught on camera reacting to the news, and his expression alone is enough to have us all reaching for the tissues.
Dreams really can come true ❤️❤️❤️
