Actor and model Greg Plitt has been killed, after he was struck by a train in LA.
The 37-year-old, who was also a recognised fitness expert and appeared on Bravo’s Work Out, died yesterday afternoon when he was hit by a Metrolink train.
According to some media sources, witnesses saw him near the tracks with a video camera in his hand and it is believed that he was filming an advert for a protein shake at the time of the accident.
Plitt has been featured in a number of Hollywood films, with roles alongside Robert DeNiro and Matt Damon in The Good Shepherd and Christian Bale in Terminator 4.
He was also a body double in superhero movie Watchmen.
Greg Plitt is like the Stephen Spielberg of the film industry. People outside of fitness just can’t appreciate how HUGE is was in our world
