A little boy in America did the sweetest thing for a postman in sweltering heat

We all need some Gatorade today.  A little boy in Newport, Virginia, decided to surprise his local postman by leaving a welcomed gift for him on one of the hottest days the town had seen. At the time there was a heat advisory in place for the area all day and temperatures reached as high as 40 degrees. So 8-year-old Carmine McDaniel left out a cooler box filled with water and Gatorade and a lovely note instructing the postman to help himself to the refreshing drinks. Speaking to News Now, Carmine said, "I just thought because it was really hot outside and I didn't want him to maybe pass out or anything, because they are really important so people can pay their bills and stuff like that and I didn't want him to pass out pretty much." His mum also set up a camera to capture the reaction from the postman which is so sweet. Upon walking up to deliver the post he spots the note and says out loud to himself, "Water and Gatorade. Thank you. Oh my God, yeah." Watch his reaction here:
